Hello everyone,
To help gather information about the loss of equipment and the error 100 disconnects I have set up this thread. All information gathered is being combined and sent off to Japan in an effort to find a fix for this issue. Using the following format, please email your experience to the psobb support team at psobb@segaamerica.com.
If this error occurs again, please wait on the ERROR 100 error screen and look for any additional error messages to appear running across the top of the screen. Please submit these error messages along with the information listed below.
Please use the following subject: DISCONNECT ISSUE
* mails received without this subject line will not be read or answered
1. Where you were when the incident occurred? Please supply information on what episode and area you were in.
2. What you were doing? Please list the actions you were taking part in when the disconnect occured.
3. Your ISP information. Please supply the ISP you are currently using and area.
4. Your Router information. Please list make and model number and specify if it is a wireless or wired connection.
5. Connection type. Please list what type of connection you are using, such as ADSL, Cable, etc
6. Send your Dxdiag as an attachment to the message. A Dxdiag can be grabbed by doing the following:
Start Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst, select Options, select the "Hardware Log" button, open your PSO Blue Burst install folder, open the "Log" folder, find the text file that is called "PSO_BB_dxdiag.txt"
*All postings made within the thread about the problem will not be answered or addressed by the PSO BB staff. Please submit the mails using the above mentioned format
